Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RedditSniper, including our Chrome extension and website at redditsniper.com ("Service"). By installing or using RedditSniper, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RedditSniper is a Chrome extension that helps users identify buyer-intent posts on Reddit and generate contextual reply suggestions. The Service is intended for legitimate marketing and outreach purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RedditSniper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam Reddit or any other platform
• Post the same reply to multiple threads without meaningful customization
• Violate Reddit's User Agreement or community guidelines
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your license key
• Share your license key with others
• Use automated scripts or bots in conjunction with the Service to post replies

RedditSniper generates reply suggestions — all posting is done manually by you. You are solely responsible for the content you post on Reddit and any consequences arising from those posts.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

RedditSniper is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

4. License Keys

Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key that activates the Service for the duration of your subscription. Your license key:

• Is for your personal use only and may not be shared or transferred
• Remains valid as long as your subscription is active
• Will be deactivated upon subscription cancellation or non-payment
• May be revoked if we determine it is being misused or shared

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service
• Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the 7-day window
• To request a refund, email redditsnipersupport@gmail.com with your order details

6. Intellectual Property

RedditSniper and all associated content, code, and materials are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

RedditSniper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit Inc. in any way.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will be compatible with all browsers or operating systems
• Any defects will be corrected

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Changes to Reddit's platform, API, or policies may affect the functionality of RedditSniper, and we are not liable for any resulting disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Reddit Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of RedditSniper complies with Reddit's User Agreement, content policies, and subreddit-specific rules. We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by Reddit against your account as a result of how you use the Service.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period if termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in South Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
