• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.
• License key usage — when you validate your license key, we log the key, timestamp, and plan type to verify active subscriptions. We do not log your IP address or browsing activity.

What We Do Not Collect

RedditSniper is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect:

• The Reddit threads you scan or view
• The replies you generate or post
• Your product descriptions or profile data (stored locally in your browser)
• Your browsing history or activity on Reddit
• Any personal information beyond what is listed above

How Your Data Is Stored

Your product profiles, scan results, saved threads, and reply history are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Your license key is stored locally in your browser and is only transmitted to our validation server to verify your subscription status.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — for website hosting and CDN. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Reddit's public API — the extension reads publicly available Reddit posts via Reddit's public JSON API. No Reddit authentication is required or stored.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Deliver your license key after purchase
• Validate your subscription status when you use the extension
• Send important account communications (license key delivery, renewal reminders)
• Provide customer support when you contact us

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and license key information for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing redditsnipersupport@gmail.com.

Cookies

Our website (redditsniper.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The Chrome extension does not set any cookies.

Children's Privacy

RedditSniper is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
